The ARC team brings years of experience working with dozens of veterinary radiation centers providing a practical understanding of how different hospitals, teams, workflows, and treatment platforms operate. That perspective helps ARC support clinical centers in a way that is grounded in real-world practice, not just theory. Understanding the clinical and operational challenges veterinary hospitals face in providing radiation oncology care, ARC is built to help hospitals deliver excellent care more consistently, efficiently, and sustainably.

Dr. Lyndsay Kubicek is a board-certified veterinary radiation oncologist and co-founder of ARC Clinical Partners. She brings more than a decade of experience across academic institutions, large specialty hospitals, and multi-site clinical organizations, giving her a broad perspective on how radiation oncology programs function in different settings.

Before co-founding ARC, Dr. Kubicek served as a radiation oncologist at Angell Animal Medical Center, a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida, and a veterinary radiation oncologist and medical leader at Colorado Animal Specialty & Emergency. She has also held leadership and advisory roles focused on specialist mentorship, clinical development, and program support.

Her experience spans clinical radiation oncology, IMRT, treatment planning, image review, academic teaching, workflow development, specialist mentorship, and peer-reviewed research. At ARC, Dr. Kubicek helps hospitals and clinical teams expand access to high-quality radiation oncology care through collaborative onsite support, remote planning and consultation, team training, and continuity-focused clinical models.

Ira Gordon, DVM DACVR-RO

Dr. Ira Gordon is a board-certified veterinary radiation oncologist and co-founder of ARC Clinical Partners. He brings experience across clinical radiation oncology, specialty hospital leadership, program development, education, innovation, and animal health entrepreneurship.

Dr. Gordon has more than 20 years of experience spanning radiation oncology, practice ownership, and multi-site medical leadership. He has helped lead the construction and launch of several radiation facilities and new services.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Gordon has held leadership and advisory roles across the animal health industry in veterinary education, technology, and oncology. He also serves as President-Elect of the Veterinary Cancer Society.
